ISueDrunks seeks to provide the public with articles and commentary about all the potential parties involved in a drunken driving accident. The website’s focus is on the remedies available following an accident, but also provides insight into the causes of these accidents.
Texas drunk driving accident attorney Keith Purdue explains, “Unfortunately, the state of Texas does not have a great record with intoxication accidents. We felt the public needed to know that while drunken drivers are certainly culpable in a collision, often times other parties play a role too.”
Attorney Purdue goes on to refer to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code and relevant case law which form the basis for liquor liability laws.
